Frequently Asked Questions
Currently we are a local painting service only. We are located close to Joondalup in Perth's north. Once you put an order in we will give you our address, where you can drop off the game and pick up when ready.
We usually complete small paint jobs (under 10 mini's) in 3-4 weeks, depending on the amount of commissions we have. We will give you a more accurate time frame when you drop off the game for painting. Large Kickstarter projects can take longer to complete.
If you need your game back sooner you can order a rush job, our painting is the same quality and your mini's go through the same process, but we just work extra hard to get them painted and back to you asap. These jobs take 1-2 weeks because of the roughly 3 days drying time.
We require payment for all orders before painting. A lot of work and supplies go into painting your game. Payment is either cash on delivery of the game or bank transfer.
Before we start painting we find refereance images for each mini - these come from either art work included in the game (that's why it's important to bring the entire game with you on delivery) or online images e.g. from BGG (board game geek)
